Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Services

Nutritional therapy is more than just about the food we eat. The body wants to be in perfect balance with itself at all times, called homeostasis. When it's not, well, let's just say things get a little dicey. We all need to come back to basics and lay a foundation for you to achieve your health goals. I, as your nutritional therapy practitioner, will focus on the 5 foundational pillars: Nutrient-Dense diet, digestion, sleep, stress and blood sugar regulation. With the focus on these key pillars, and with the use of our amazing tools and my knowledge & expertise, we can create an easy-to-follow plan, focus on areas of concern, do some follow-up, and make changes along the way, to meet your specific health & wellness goals. Depending on your needs after the initial interview, we will put you in our 4-week program, or our 3-month program. Most people will be in this second category of needing a consistent 3 months working with your NTP to start seeing changes and progress as true, lasting change takes time. 


Why not just use Google or AI to get free help with my health? While those are good for searching general principles for health, they can't and don't acknowledge your ever-changing lifestyle habits, can't focus on your individual needs and speak to your goals. You also can't really count on those searches to gently guide you or encourage you in the right direction based on the foundations, intuition, and experience from your NTP. If you have persistent symptoms or stress that is unmanageable, are you going to trust Dr Google to fix your issues in the short term, or would you rather have someone who is trained in the foundations to help you see results for a lifetime?

There is a sweet interplay between nutrition, lifestyle, and all that makes up your life. Nutrition, or nutrient-dense diet as we call it, is a large piece of the puzzle, but that's only one piece. Many people hyper-focus on their food and what's going in the mouth & forget that more goes on inside the body than what meets the eye. This is why we focus on the 5 foundational pillars to help us & you navigate the body and the issues we face, in a logical, systematic way, all while keeping your health & wellness goals at the forefront. The 5 foundational pillars are as stated above: Nutrient-dense diet, Digestion, Sleep, Stress, and Blood Sugar Regulation.


The 5 pillars all seem like separate topics, but the opposite is true. They all affect each other in some way shape or form, which is why we need to support each system in its own way, and help get the body in a state of homeostasis.  For some clients, not every pillar is in a state of disarray, but once we start working together, it will become clear with our amazing assessment tools & my knowledge, what pillars need more support than others. Lifestyle

You can't have good nutrition and simultaneously forget about lifestyle, they go hand in hand. Many things we do & don't do are triggered by our individual lifestyles. How we eat & sleep, how stress may play a role, and the amount of exercise and how hard we push ourselves. 


Our day-to-day influences how we prioritize nutrition, and if we prioritize nutrition along with the other pillars, your lifestyle habits will begin to change, and with the help & guidance of your nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP), we can begin to meet your health & wellness goals and have long-lasting effects on your life for years to come.
